Discontinuation Announcement

Cybor M500 Series Controllers and Power supplies are being discontinued with a last sale date of 12-31-17. Parts are available to support units currently in the field. The 500 series controller will be replaced by the IDI Universal Controller.

The Universal Controller provides improved reliability, enhanced programming, operations and diagnostic features. The controller is backwards compatible with most existing CYBOR 500 series controllers and all CYBOR 5000 Series Pumps, both pressure sensing and non pressure sensing.

Available in two or four pump configurations, the Universal Controller can operates on a standard 24VDC supply or on an existing 18VDC CYBOR M512 Power Supply for retrofit applications. Programming and setup accomplished through the 16 key touchpad and displayed on the LCD screen

Utilizing the Universal Controllers extensive selection of standard features and configurable options, the user will be able to configure the system to meet the individual pump control requirements.

M600 Product Discontinuation Announcement

The M600 HVP is being discontinued with a last sale date of 12-31-17. Parts are available to support units in the field. Currently, IDI would recommend the M610 HVP as the replacement device for the M600.

The CYBOR M610 HVP combines the advantages of stepper motor technology with state of the art hardware and software control technology to deliver a superior, repeatable high viscosity pump solution.

The M610 HVP uses patented software control technology to monitor and control the dispense operation. With a simple icon selection the M610 pump auto configures the Trigger, Dispense/EOD, Ready, Error and Warning signals.

The M610 has expanded the on board recipe library. Now up to 8 recipes can be user selected through the discreet wiring or RS232/485 communication. Dispense volume can be “dialed-in”, and the pump will automatically compensate for any changes in the pump’s mechanical operation to assure a consistent, repeatable volume. All this with no operator intervention!

IDI-CYBOR technical training on all products

Classes can be conducted at our Carrollton, TX (near Dallas) facility or at the customer's location. Classes are limited to 6 persons per class to allow adequate hands-on training.

  • Model 300 Training 1-day maintenance course. Covers theory of operation, adjustments, and maintenance of the Model 300 Controller and Dispense Unit.
  • Model 450 Training 1-day maintenance course. Covers theory of operation, adjustments, and maintenance of the Model 450 Dispense Unit.
  • CYBOR 5000 Series 1-day maintenance course. Covers theory of operation, adjustments, and maintenance of the Model 5000 Controller and Dispense Unit.
  • CYBOR 7000/7500 Series 1-day maintenance course. Covers theory of operation, adjustments, and maintenance of the Model 7000 or 7500 Series Dispense Unit.
  • CYBOR Model 610/650 HVP 1-day maintenance course. Covers theory of operation, adjustments, and maintenance of the Model 610/650 High Viscosity Dispense unit.

Classes conducted at a customer's site require the following facilities: Classroom or conference room large enough to hold 6 students and equipment An overhead projector and screen 70 PSI of Nitrogen, regulated and supplied at 1 CFM 110/220 volt power 1 gallon of Distilled Water
