In many cases Time is of the Essence when a unit needs to be repaired. The online Repair Quote system helps us understand the issues with your unit, allowing us to get you back on line sooner.

The pumps listed above are our current production units, service parts and accessories are readily available. If your pump is not listed it does not mean that we cannot repair it, however lead times may be somewhat longer to obtain parts, etc.

1. Open the "Repair Quote" button; a form will open allowing you to provide us your information and the details about your pump.
2. Enter the Pump Model number if you have it.
3. Enter the unit Serial Number, this will help us to determine the parts needed for the defined pump.
4. Provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
5. Use a separate Repair Quote form for each additional pump you would like quoted.

The Process

Once you submit your Quote Request we will contact you and review the issue you are having. Once the problem is defined we will provide you an estimate on the cost of the repair. If the situation warrants we may provide alternative solutions, including unit setup recommendations, refurbished replacement units or a different pump that would better serve your application.

1. You issue a PO for the quoted amount.
2. IDI will issue an RMA # to return the pumps.
3. You will send us the pump(s).
4. We make the repairs within the timeframe set.
5. Notification will be made when the units are shipped.
